About Amelia Crannell

Born and raised in South Portland, Maine, Amelia Crannell brings both local knowledge and a creative edge to the Southern Maine real estate market. With a background in web and graphic design as well as digital marketing, Amelia blends strategic thinking with thoughtful presentation to support clients throughout the buying and selling process.

Amelia began her real estate career in 2010 as Veronica Schneider’s assistant, where she gained extensive hands-on experience in transaction management, client communication, property showings, and behind-the-scenes operations. Later that year, she became a licensed Real Estate Agent and went on to work independently beginning in 2017, further expanding her industry knowledge and skill set.

After stepping away in 2020 to welcome her son, Amelia returned to real estate in 2024 and is proud to once again be working alongside Veronica Schneider. In her role, Amelia provides organizational support, marketing expertise, and attentive client care to help ensure each transaction runs smoothly and efficiently.
